{"text":"The Association Council is a permanent collegial management body elected by the General Meeting for three years in order to carry out the current activity management of the Association between the convocations of the General Meeting. Within the Council’s competence is to convene the General Meeting; to supervise the execution of the Meeting’s decisions; to approve and to amend the Association’s financial plan; to hear the decisions of the Audit Commission of the Association; to make decisions regarding other Association’s activities, except for those within the exclusive competence of the General Meeting.
